At Komalika, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and precision, we only accept returns or exchanges in specific cases as mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

- Returns are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or personalized jewelry pieces.
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

3. Refund Process

- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
- Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Process

- Exchanges are possible only for the same product or another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
- Replacement will be processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup and refund process.
